Consultant (Generalist)
What you'll do
- Lead workstreams in strategy, operations, or GTM; run client rituals and keep momentum.
- Turn insights into simple plans, owners, and timelines; measure results weekly.
- Coach client managers on OKRs, SOPs, and dashboards.
What you'll need
- 2–5 years in consulting, operations, product, or similar "builder" roles.
- Strong writing, facilitation, and basic financial literacy.
- Comfort with spreadsheets, CRM, and lightweight analytics.
Success in 90 days
- Own a workstream end-to-end with visible KPI movement.
- Clients ask for you by name for "how do we ship this?" questions.
