What you'll do

  • Lead workstreams in strategy, operations, or GTM; run client rituals and keep momentum.
  • Turn insights into simple plans, owners, and timelines; measure results weekly.
  • Coach client managers on OKRs, SOPs, and dashboards.

What you'll need

  • 2–5 years in consulting, operations, product, or similar "builder" roles.
  • Strong writing, facilitation, and basic financial literacy.
  • Comfort with spreadsheets, CRM, and lightweight analytics.

Success in 90 days

  • Own a workstream end-to-end with visible KPI movement.
  • Clients ask for you by name for "how do we ship this?" questions.

Operations Lead

What you'll do

  • Map current-state processes; design and roll out SOPs that stick.
  • Reduce cycle times, wastage, and handoff errors; improve vendor and inventory control.
  • Build simple ops dashboards (throughput, defects, lead times).

What you'll need

  • 3–7 years in operations, supply chain, or continuous improvement.
  • Hands-on change management; strong facilitation on the shop floor.

Success in 90 days

  • Documented SOPs live in production with measurable cycle time improvements.

GTM Consultant (Sales/Growth)

Phnom Penh (hybrid) Full-time

What you'll do

  • Clarify ICP and messaging; design pricing and packaging tests.
  • Build CRM pipeline stages and hygiene; create SDR/AE playbooks.
  • Set up activation and retention loops.

What you'll need

  • 2–5 years in B2B sales, growth, or lifecycle marketing.
  • Comfort interviewing customers and running quick experiments.

  • Pipeline and stage definitions live; leading indicators trending up.

Analyst (Entry)
